http://www.31corp.com/odom_paintings.html is selling this artist work which was founded on stolen , unethical practices.
Anyone having contact with Doug Odom should know that when he was selling birdhouses and angels he stoled the ideas from other artist and had 2 men make the items for him then he and Diane Gardner signed Doug,s name. Please do not buy any art from anyone selling Doug's fake art or from Doug himself.

This blog can be construded as liablist and I would recommend that anyone that is associated with it be very careful.

I don't think that the person that is passing this information understands the word defamation but he should be careful

To date I haven't seen where a artist painting in a particular manner is breaking the law but calling a person a thief without proof is a crime, so be careful.

Sorry Daryle, but facts are facts and my attorney's have assured me I am well within my rights. If you choose to keep your head in the sand and sell art by Doug Odom then you are the ignorant of what real art is about. It is unethical to take a painting from another artist ,paint over their name and sign your name.It is stealing. If you choose to sell art like this then you do not seem to care about ethics but only about making money.Facts are Facts at how and what Doug Odom did.You cannot change it.

Doug Odom is a brazen thief. At one time the FBI was looking for him. He took Michael Banks under his wing--and then supplied drugs to him when he was already struggling with addiction. Then Odom stole Banks' paintings and entered arts festivals, selling Banks' paintings as his own. Banks was in the habit of not signing his work until he sold it, making it easy for Odom to sign his own name to it.

Doug Odom has no artistic skill of his own. He has been engaged in criminal activity for years and years.
